E&O covers your company, or you individually, in the event that a client holds you responsible for a service you provided, or failed to provide, that did not have the expected or promised results. If you elect not to have E&O Insurance, you are personally liable for any claims made against you as a Florida Notary Public. This Notary E&O product is NOT the same as a Signing Agent E&O policy.
