Our notary embosser/seal offers a two-in-one embossing option. Its unique base allows you to use it as either a desk or handheld notary embosser. Both options require little pressure to make a sharp and detailed notary seal impression. A slight ‘click’ will alert you that enough pressure has been applied to create a clear notary seal. It will state your name, “Notary Public,” and the State of your Commission. Comes with a carrying case.
