RON Remote Online Notary – 3 Years

• $25,000 RON Bond for 3 years
• $25,000 RON Errors and Omission for 3 years*

*Please note that State requires for you to have a separate E&O to cover RON. For clarification, please call State at 850.245.6975.

Upon payment, you will receive an email with a code and information to access the State Approved Online RON Training Course.

After passing your training course, please email your certificate to [email protected] and we will email you the RON Bond and RONE&O forms to be submitted to the Department of State.

1. To complete the application process:Print and sign the Bond and application.
2. Include the required documents. Please note that you MUST send a photocopy of your Notary Commission Certificate.
3. Write the name of your RON service provider.
4. Get your form notarized. We can notarize your application remotely for $25. If you’d like this service, please CLICK HERE to purchase the option.
5. Include an initial fee of $10 payable by check to the Florida Department of State.
6. Mail the application to: Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, PO Box 6327, Tallahassee, FL 32314 or in person or courier service to: 2415 North Monroe St., Suite 810, Tallahassee, FL 32303. There is an initial fee of $10 payable by check to the Florida Department of State.
